Position Summary The Online Sales Representative will manage inbound and outbound sales through digital channels, including email, phone, and video consultations. A key part of this role is using closet design software to create custom layouts and solutions tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate combines strong sales skills with design aptitude, providing customers with both expert product recommendations and visual design support. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound leads and reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and video calls. * Conduct virtual consultations to assess customer needs, space requirements, and budgets. * Use closet design software to create accurate layouts, renderings, and proposals. * Present and explain design options to customers in a clear, persuasive manner. * Build trust and relationships with customers, ensuring a positive buying experience. * Prepare quotes, manage the sales pipeline, and process orders efficiently. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Maintain accurate records in CRM and collaborate with internal teams (design, customer service, and operations). * Stay current on product knowledge, promotions, and design software updates. Qualifications * Proven experience in online/remote sales, preferably in home improvement, furniture, or design-related industries. * Proficiency with closet design software (e.g., ClosetPro, 2020 Design, SketchUp, or equivalent). * Strong visual design sense and ability to translate customer needs into functional layouts. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Comfortable presenting to customers virtually via video conferencing. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Tech-savvy; experience with CRM and sales tools required. * Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. * High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in business, sales, or interior design is a plus.
