CAPITAL Hyundai of Greensboro is expanding our sales team and searching for a driven, people-oriented Automotive Sales Consultant who knows how to create great customer experiences and close deals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced showroom, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow with a respected dealership brand. You'll play a key role in helping customers find the right vehicle while representing CAPITAL with professionalism, enthusiasm, and expertise--from the first conversation to the final handshake. Automotive Sales Consultant Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive Pay * Health Insurance * PTO * 401(K) What You 'll Do * Welcome customers with confidence, professionalism, and enthusiasm * Discover customer needs and match them with the perfect vehicle * Walk customers through the full sales journey--from initial contact to vehicle delivery * Confidently negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction * Stay knowledgeable on vehicle features, specs, and benefits * Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals * Participate in sales training to sharpen your skills and stay competitive * Support dealership operations with additional assigned duties What We 're Looking For * Previous sales experience (automotive sales preferred, but not required) * Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service * Excellent communication and people skills * Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment * Basic computer skills for managing customer and sales information * Valid driver's license * Ability to pass pre-employment background screening WE ARE CAPITAL!** With 20 automotive and powersports franchises and over 1,500 employees, CAPITAL is more than a company - it's a community.
