Ken's Gutters is hiring a Commercial Account Representative to join our growing inside sales team in the Tampa Bay area. This is a sales role designed for strong communicators -- especially those with customer service, hospitality, or call center experience -- who want to build a career in sales and earn serious money. We provide training, warm leads, and a clear sales process.

Compensation

& Earnings

• Base pay: $25 per hour
• Commission: Performance-based, uncapped
• On target earnings: $120,000 per year What You 'll Do
• Sell commercial gutter cleaning and maintenance services
• Work with warm inbound and outbound leads only (no cold calling)
• Speak with property managers and maintenance professionals nationwide
• Build relationships and close service agreements
• Follow up on quotes, opportunities, and existing accounts
• Work closely with operations and scheduling teams
• Track activity, notes, and follow-ups in company systems What We 're Looking For
• Strong communication and people skills
• Background in customer service, hospitality, call center, or inside sales
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and closing conversations
• Motivated by goals, performance, and commission
• Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-ups
