Overview We're seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Professional with knowledge of truck repair to join our team and drive growth through strategic outside sales initiatives. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities within the truck repair industry, focusing on high-end sales and dealership accounts * Engage in outbound sales activities including cold calling to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline * Build strong relationships with clients through consultative selling, upselling additional services or products, and providing exceptional customer service * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals that align with company goals while ensuring customer satisfaction * Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software to track progress and forecast future growth * This role is located in the office of our repair shop in Glendale. * Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales within the truck repair or automotive industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences; bilingual abilities are a plus * Strong organizational skills * Ability to conduct cold calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professional phone etiquette * Exceptional customer service skills. * Multilingual capabilities will be considered an asset for engaging diverse client bases Join us as we accelerate growth in the truck repair industry!
