We want a BDC professional who can build, lead, and scale a high-impact department. You will: Create, maintain, and measure all internet & business development processes for our sales department Develop, hire, and train 2 new team members as the department grows this year Attract and convert existing & potential clients in our CRM to push our sales numbers higher every month *WHAT YOU NEED TO LEAD THIS DEPARTMENT: We don't want average.
