THIS POSITION IS FOR A LOS ANGELES, CA BASED SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER WITH TRAVEL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE ONLYPLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT QUALIFIED Now Hiring: Senior Account Manager - Travel (Entertainment & Corporate) Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid (In-Office & Remote) Leading Travel Company seeking an experienced Account Manager to support a portfolio of entertainment and high-volume corporate travel clients. This role is ideal for a polished travel professional with a passion for luxury service, precision, and client excellence. Position is based in Los Angeles and requires the ability to commute for a hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities * Manage and grow assigned entertainment and corporate travel accounts , including VIP and executive travelers * Deliver white-glove, high-touch service for complex and time-sensitive itineraries * Oversee high-volume corporate travel programs while maintaining service quality and accuracy * Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal operations teams * Ensure adherence to client travel policies, SLAs, and duty of care standards * Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service, efficiency, and account growth Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in a travel agency or TMC environment * Proven experience supporting entertainment, luxury, and high-volume corporate clients * Strong proficiency in Sabre GDS * Deep understanding of airfare, hotel, car, and VIP travel services * Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment * Must be able to commute to Los Angeles office for a hybrid work schedule Why This Opportunity * Hybrid work environment * Competitive compensation based on experience * Opportunity to work with high-profile entertainment and corporate clients * Collaborative, service-driven team culture * Growth opportunities Job 11412 Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Application Question(s): * Have you worked directly with client travel policies, SLAs, and duty of care requirements? o Yes - extensively o Yes - some exposure o No * Describe the types of clients you currently or most recently supported. o Entertainment (film/TV, touring, production) o Executive/VIP corporate o High-volume corporate programs o Luxury/leisure o Other (please specify) * Which services do you regularly handle?
