Providence Business Solutions is currently hiring motivated and people-focused individuals to join our team as Verizon Sales Associates. This is an entry-level, customer-facing role with full training provided, ideal for candidates who enjoy working directly with customers and are interested in building experience in sales, customer service, and telecommunications. As a Verizon Sales Associate, you will represent Verizon's products and services while helping customers understand their options and select solutions that best fit their needs. What You 'll Do as a Verizon Sales Associate * Interact directly with customers in a professional and friendly manner * Provide clear information about Verizon wireless, internet, and FiOS services * Assist customers with product selection, account setup, and general service questions * Deliver a positive customer experience by listening to needs and offering appropriate solutions * Participate in hands-on training to develop product knowledge and communication skills * Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily activity and performance goals * Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and enrollments * Represent both Providence Business Solutions and Verizon with integrity and professionalism What We 're Looking For * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn * Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is helpful but not required * Reliable, professional, and goal-oriented attitude * High school diploma or equivalent What We Offer * Entry-level opportunity with paid training * Ongoing coaching and professional development * Supportive team culture with clear growth paths * Opportunities to advance into sales or leadership roles over time Compensation & Job Details: * Position Type: Full-Time * Earnings: Commission-BasedVerizon Sales Associates earn $80 to $150 per qualified lead converted into a sale. On average, associates earn between $50,000-$60,000/year. * Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week)Job Locations: Main Providence office location and field locations in surrounding cities/areas as assigned. * Clients & Products: Promote Verizon wireless phone & internet services This Verizon Sales Associate position is based in Providence, RI and involves working directly with customers in a face-to-face setting.
