Inside Sales Agent Bath Flip | Roof Flip | PIC Home Pros Call Center | Full-Time | Hourly | In-Person | Londonderry, NH Affordable. Fast. Convenient. Why This Role Matters As an Inside Sales Agent, you are the first point of contact for the majority of our potential customers. This role is one of the most important in our organization, as you help lay the foundation for each customer's journey with Bath Flip. Your ability to connect, build trust, and understand homeowner needs directly impacts our success. Role Overview Inside Sales Agents contact homeowners from our lead database, ask the right questions to understand their needs, and qualify them for an in-home consultation. Your goal is to raise the homeowner's comfort level and confidently schedule high-quality appointments with our Design Consultants. Training is provided, and previous telemarketing, sales or customer service experience is a plus--but a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and comfort talking with homeowners are essential.
