Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual Inside Sales Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) to support our global sales efforts. This role works in tandem with outside sales, managing outreach, qualifying leads, nurturing opportunities, and maintaining accurate CRM and sales documentation. This is an office-based role that may also support light operational and sample-handling activities. Key Responsibilities Sales & Outreach * Conduct outbound and inbound outreach to prospective and existing clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings in English and Spanish * Follow up on marketing campaigns, data-driven leads, and vendor-forwarded opportunities * Qualify leads and identify potential projects, purchasing timelines, and decision-makers * Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to outside sales Opportunity & Pipeline Management * Track and manage leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM * Maintain accurate records of client communications, project details, and next steps * Support opportunity development from initial contact through proposal stage * Assist with the preparation of sales materials, quotations, and follow-up documentation Collaboration & Support * Work closely with outside sales, regional consultants, operations, and internal project teams * Coordinate communication between manufacturers, vendors, outside sales and clients * Support ongoing client relationships to encourage repeat and annual purchasing Administrative & Light Operational Support * Maintain organized sales documentation and contact databases * Assist with organizing product samples, literature, and showroom materials * Occasionally lift and move boxes or materials (up to 40 lbs) as needed Qualifications & Skills Required * Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) * 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer-facing B2B roles * Strong written communication skills and professional phone presence * Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail * Comfortable working in an office-based, collaborative environment * Valid U.S. passport and ability to travel internationally if required * Ability to safely lift up to 40 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation Preferred * Experience in education, international business, FF&E, construction, or project-based sales * Familiarity with long sales cycles and relationship-based selling * Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural communication * Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Personal Attributes * Proactive, self-motivated, and dependable * Strong time management and prioritization skills * Collaborative, flexible, and solutions-oriented * Comfortable communicating with senior-level stakeholders Compensation & Benefits * Hourly Pay: $26-$30/hour, depending on experience * Performance-based incentives or commissions * Growth opportunities within a global, education-focused organization * (No health insurance, 401(k), or other benefits are provided Equal Employment Opportunity & Virginia Compliance Statement Jennifer Nelson, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with the Virginia Human Rights Act (VHRA).
