This is a full time job You must be able to work 45 - 55 Hours weekly This is a sales job, you are dealing with customer all day We are a business to business only - We are not open to the public You job is to : Take customer order, Pull customer order and ring when done We take order multiples way, via a list customer send, on the phone or video call to customer from COMPANY phone only. You job is to sell and show customer new products, increase average ticket and help with other customer needs You help stock, down stock, front products during down time. Must be able to list unto 35LB boxes. You must be able to use a ladder Must have reliable transportation You must be able to operate a computer with basic POS - You will be trained how to use the POS Must be able to work FULL time, no part timers needed. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs * Operate POS systems efficiently for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges * Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits * Upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales * Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves * Handle stock replenishment and inventory management tasks * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Ensure proper cash handling and accurate retail math during transactions * Assist in supervising store operations as needed, including supervising staff or training new team members * Maintain phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors Qualifications * Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery or specialty stores * Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math principles * Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities (preferred) * Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos is advantageous * Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional demeanor * Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations * Supervising experience is a plus but not required * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Join our team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences while developing your sales expertise in a dynamic retail environment.
