Inside Solar Sales Representative Location: Warwick, RI (In-Office + Local Field Work) Type: Full-Time | Base + Commission Reports To: Sales Manager About Rooftop Power Rooftop Power is Rhode Island's leading solar and roofing installer. What You 'll Do * Work with company-generated leads: scheduled appointments, inbound inquiries, and referrals * Knock doors around existing jobs to generate your own appointments and boost your pipeline * Meet with homeowners in person or virtually to explain the benefits of solar, walk through savings reports, and present financing options * Manage your schedule and follow-ups using our CRM and calendar tools * Hit (and aim to exceed) your monthly sales and self-gen targets * Bring energy, take feedback, stay consistent -- and move fast What We 're Looking For * Sales experience is great, but not required -- we'll train the right person * Confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking to homeowners * Grit and resilience -- you can handle rejection and keep moving * Dependable and organized -- you'll juggle both company and self-generated leads * A growth mindset -- we promote from within, and top performers rise fast Compensation & Perks * Competitive base salary + uncapped commissions * Top reps earn $100K+ annually * Full training and ongoing mentorship * Clear path for advancement into closing, leadership, and management roles * Tight-knit, supportive culture -- we celebrate wins and push each other to grow Why Rooftop Power?
