Roofing Sales Representative (Commission-Only) MasterRoof Contracting -- Charleston, SC MasterRoof Contracting is hiring a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing Charleston, South Carolina branch. This is a full- time, commission-only opportunity with a proven residential roofing company that's expanding fast. We launched our Charleston branch in 2024 as an extension of our already successful operation--this is a chance to get in early, grow with the branch, and build a long-term career with a company that has systems, support, and momentum. Responsibilities * Meet with homeowners to understand needs and recommend roofing solutions * Perform property inspections and present estimates * Negotiate and close deals while ensuring excellent customer experience * Generate leads through self-prospecting, referrals, and company marketing * Manage accounts and build long-term client relationships * Track activity using CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) * Coordinate with production and marketing to ensure smooth job execution Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) * Construction or home improvement experience * Prior sales experience (inside or outside sales) * Strong communication and organization skills * Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Our Culture We believe in making people's lives better--our customers' and our team members'.
