As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Sales Representative who enjoys working directly with homeowners, building trust, and guiding customers through the decision-making process. Job Overview The Sales Representative is a key part of the customer experience at JMJ Painters. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on meeting with homeowners, understanding project needs, and presenting clear solutions and proposals. This role is ideal for someone who is personable, self-managed, and motivated by results, with strong earning potential and room to grow as the company scales. Who You Are * Comfortable meeting homeowners face-to-face * Confident, professional, and relationship-focused * Motivated by goals and performance * Organized and reliable with strong follow-through * Able to manage appointments and a flexible schedule independently * Interested in long-term growth and responsibility Key Responsibilities * Conduct in-home consultations and assess project needs * Prepare and present clear proposals and pricing * Build trust with homeowners through strong communication and follow-up * Manage leads, appointments, and activity using company tools * Meet or exceed monthly sales goals * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth project handoff * Represent the JMJ brand with professionalism and integrity Skills & Qualifications * Experience in home services sales or consultative sales preferred * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Comfortable using CRM systems and basic sales technology * Detail-oriented with consistent follow-through * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Schedule & Location * Full-time, in-person role * Twin Cities Metro Area * Flexible, appointment-based schedule * Occasional Saturday availability as needed Compensation & Benefits * Guaranteed base salary + performance-based commission * Total earning potential: $75,000 -$150,000 * Vehicle and phone stipend options * Health benefits available * Flexible structure Growth Opportunity JMJ Painters believes in developing leaders from within.
