Full Job Description Retail Sales Representative (In-Store) MCWBS Inc - Tampa, FL MCWBS Inc is hiring Retail Sales Representatives to join our in-store sales team in the Tampa area. This is an in-person, customer-facing role based inside major retail locations. You'll engage customers, explain wireless products and services, and help people make informed decisions. In addition to working in-store, our team also spends scheduled time in the office for training, coaching, and performance meetings. This structure allows us to develop skills, stay aligned, and continuously improve execution on the sales floor. What You 'll Do * Engage customers face-to-face inside Big Box retail locations * Initiate conversations and identify customer needs * Explain wireless products and service options clearly * Follow a structured sales process with daily coaching * Maintain professionalism, energy, and store standards No cold calling. No door-to-door. All work is completed in person. Basic Qualifications * 18 years or older * Comfortable speaking with customers in person * Reliable, professional, and open to feedback * Able to pass a background check Compensation * Hourly Base pay * Uncapped bonuses and commission * Weekly pay structure * Performance-based bonuses may be available Typical full-time earnings range: $40,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on performance. (This is a paid position. Compensation is based on results.)
