Account Manager Pulse4Pulse | Healthcare Technology Pulse4Pulse is a fast-growing healthcare technology company focused on empowering physicians to proactively identify disease indicators in asymptomatic patients through innovative diagnostic testing--while improving the patient experience. We are seeking an Account Manager to build strong client relationships, lead program implementation, and ensure long-term customer success. Key Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted, long-term client partnerships * Lead client onboarding and manage the transition from Implementation to long-term account management * Oversee program implementation, including workflows, communication, and continuous improvement * Ensure client satisfaction and achievement of operational and financial objectives * Communicate program value to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership * Proactively manage client concerns and escalations in collaboration with internal teams * Participate in weekly Account Management meetings * Travel as needed, including overnight travel (minimum of two trips per month, 2-3 days each) Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role * Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt, problem-solve, and think outside the box * High emotional intelligence with the ability to "read the room" and navigate complex client dynamics * Excellent communication skills; well-spoken, confident, and professional in all interactions * Strong judgment and common sense when managing priorities, conversations, and client needs Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Account management: 3 years (Required) Ability to Commute: * Middlebury, CT 06762 (Required) Willingness to travel: * 25% (Required) Work Location: In person
