The Logistics Sales Representative will prospect, develop, and grow a portfolio of shippers by delivering exceptional service, and relentless follow-up. Key Responsibilities * Hunt for new business through proactive outreach, networking, and on-site cold calls and visits. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and internal operations teams to ensure long-term success. * Entertaining customers in ways that strengthen partnerships -- travel, meals, events, and in-person engagement are part of the job. * Relentlessly follow up on every lead, quote, and opportunity until a clear win or loss. * Negotiate pricing and service options that balance competitiveness with profitability. * Collaborate closely with dispatch and operations to ensure flawless service execution. * Track activity and results in CRM systems, maintaining accurate records of pipeline, revenue, and customer interactions. * Represent the brand professionally and passionately at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
