Sales Development Leadership Role - Hybrid in Austin, TX Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote) Compensation: Competitive base pay ($80,000-$120,000 depending on experience) + performance incentives + equity Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are hiring for a growth-focused sales leadership role with a fast-moving technology organization that supports frontline and deskless teams across a variety of industries. The platform helps teams stay organized, streamline communication, and manage daily workflows more efficiently. As the team expands, we are looking for someone who enjoys developing talent, improving processes, and supporting high-volume inbound sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching others, working cross- functionally, and contributing to a growing revenue team. Key Responsibilities * Support a team of SDRs by providing guidance, coaching, and daily direction. * Help streamline lead qualification processes and maintain high accuracy in follow-up activity. * Work with marketing and sales to ensure smooth communication and alignment on lead quality. * Use CRM tools to monitor activity, track results, and identify areas for improvement. * Help refine talk tracks, playbooks, and workflows as new products and processes evolve. * Participate in forecasting and reporting activities to help maintain predictable pipeline flow. * Assist with onboarding and training new SDRs as the team grows. Qualifications * Experience in a sales or business development role with measurable performance results. * Previous experience guiding or mentoring a sales team is helpful. * Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). * Strong communication skills and the ability to coach others. * Comfortable working in a hybrid schedule in Austin, TX. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
