Full description of the position
(Role requires prior automotive sales experience) At Roger Beasley Mazda Central, we believe strong sales managers are built -- not hired fully formed. The Hybrid Sales Manager role is designed for experienced BDC agent or Internet managers who want to expand their skill set and gain hands-on exposure to desking, deal structure, and showroom execution across both New and Used sales. This role bridges Internet operations and in-store sales, providing a clear development path into a full Sales Manager position for the right individual.
