Position: Window Treatment Sales and Design - Residential Location: Dripping Springs, TX Salary: Negotiable + Quarterly Profit-Based Bonus Our client, a growing custom window treatment firm, is seeking a Residential Sales & Design professional to lead client consultations, create tailored design solutions, and oversee projects from concept through installation. What You 'll Be Doing: * Meet with homeowners to recommend custom window treatment designs * Build proposals, pricing, and timelines * Coordinate vendors, materials, and installations * Manage multiple active projects and maintain strong client communication * Support growth of the Residential Division What You 'll Need: * 3+ years of interior design or window treatment experience * Strong design eye and client-facing presentation skills * Experience managing projects and deadlines * Proficiency with QuickBooks, Office 365; CAD experience preferred * Leadership ability and comfort guiding project support staff What 's In It For You: * Quarterly profit-based bonus * 5 days PTO after 90 days Apply now!
