Base + Commission | No Cap | Full Training Provided About Refresh Exteriors Refresh Exteriors is a high-performance residential exterior construction company specializing in roofing and storm restoration. What This Role Is This is an entry-level sales role designed for individuals who may have little or no construction experience , but are driven to build a long-term sales career (enter progressive language). You'll be trained to: * Generate opportunities through door-to-door and neighborhood canvassing * Meet homeowners, identify exterior damage, and set inspections * Learn our sales process, estimating flow, and customer education approach * Build a personal pipeline and manage follow-ups * Represent the Refresh brand with professionalism and integrity This role rewards effort, consistency, and accountability. Compensation * $40,000 -$60,000 base * Commission with no cap * Clear path to higher earning tiers as performance increases You are paid while you learn, and rewarded as you produce. What We 're Looking For You do not need construction experience.
