We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for automobiles, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. This position requires proficiency in managing the sales pipeline and utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress. Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in automobile purchases. * Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and networking to generate leads. * Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close deals and upsell additional products or services. * Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM software. * Provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive buying experience. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing dealership visibility and market share. * Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. * Assist in inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained. * Deliver engaging presentations on vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers. * Utilize retail math skills for accurate pricing, financing options, and payment calculations. Qualifications * Proven experience in automobile sales or high-end retail sales is preferred. * Strong background in B2B sales and outside sales techniques. * Excellent communication skills with a focus on public speaking and phone etiquette. * Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele. * Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Knowledge of marketing strategies related to automobile sales is beneficial. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A passion for automobiles and understanding of automotive features is essential.
