*Sales Administrator - Electronic Security We are looking for a reliable and organized Sales Administrator to support our electronic security sales team. This is a key role ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate order processing, and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Assist sales with quotations and proposals * Process customer orders accurately, in-line with agreed terms and maintain accurate records * Support the sales team with scheduling, and general administrative tasks * Update CRM systems and pricing information * Produce sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates * Track sales targets, margins and performance metrics * Track quotation status and follow up with the sales team * Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems * Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding orders and documentation Requirements: * Previous experience in sales administration or office support * Strong organizational and communication skills * High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Experience in electronic security, electrical, or technical industries is an advantage What We Offer: * Competitive pay rate based on experience * Supportive team environment * Training and career development opportunities Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
