• Sales Administrator - Electronic Security We are looking for a reliable and organized Sales Administrator to support our electronic security sales team. This is a key role ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate order processing, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist sales with quotations and proposals
• Process customer orders accurately, in-line with agreed terms and maintain accurate records
• Support the sales team with scheduling, and general administrative tasks
• Update CRM systems and pricing information
• Produce sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
• Track sales targets, margins and performance metrics
• Track quotation status and follow up with the sales team
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding orders and documentation

Requirements

:

• Previous experience in sales administration or office support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience in electronic security, electrical, or technical industries is an advantage What We Offer:
