You look like you'd be fun to work with!!! Re-Bath East Texas is seeking ROCKSTAR PROMOTERS to join our amazing Events Marketing Team! You will be assisting customers by providing company and product information, generating leads , and scheduling appointments for our in-home Design Consultants. This is a part-time position working at retail locations (Lowe's, H-E-B), home shows, festivals, fairs, and other special events throughout Central Texas territory. Are you new to this type of work, but you LOVE talking to people? Is sales in your blood? Don't worry! We offer paid training and will teach you what to say to be successful in the field and make lots of money in a part-time role! We offer a competitive hourly pay PLUS monthly performance bonuses. Part-time Promoters are eligible for PTO , holiday pay , and profit- sharing program. Requirements: * Weekends required (at least 3 full weekends each month). * Tuesday evening availability required for mandatory team meetings. * Willing to work both outdoor and indoor shifts. * Must have your own personal vehicle. * Willing to stand for extended periods of time. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to transport & setup/tear down booths. * Must be able to pass a background check. Accommodations are available in accordance with the ADA Qualifications * Energetic and engaging!! * Ability to quickly build rapport with clients and associates * Positive and professional demeanor * Excellent verbal communication skills * Previous experience in promoting, sales, or other customer related fields a plus! Key Responsibilities * Generate leads and schedule appointments for our in-home design consultants. * Set up table/booth/display in-store or at an event. Materials will be provided for you. * Provide basic product and services information to prospective customers. * Utilize company methodology and scripting in order to generate high quality appointments. * Achieve or exceed daily and weekly goals. * This position also encompasses product education, training and working with our retail partners' associates (Lowe's Home Improvement, Home Depot etc...) to enhance their knowledge of Re-Bath and teach best practices of lead generation and customer engagement. You will work with Retail Partners' associates to assist them in fully understanding the partnership.
