ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES * Capture market share by locating, developing, defining, and closing new business. Build a customer base of key information, maintain an active pipeline, measure KPI's, identify trends to improve win probability and forecasting accuracy. * Arrange business development meetings with existing and prospective clients. Develop growth strategies focusing on financial gain and profitability by utilizing proven logistical methods. * Communicating to various departments a clear and concise plan regarding mandatory operational procedures for all new accounts. ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to build a rapport with clients * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Must be computer literate in Word, Excel & PowerPoint * A strong desire to work independently yet work collaboratively in a team environment * Must have a driver's license and vehicle which meets company standards * Must be willing to attend industry seminars, workshops, and marketplace gatherings.
