We're expanding into the Greensboro, Winston Salem, High Point area and seeking a Junior Sales Associate to help grow our business and promote critical fire and life safety solutions for commercial kitchens. What You 'll Do: * Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. * Build relationships with local businesses, especially in the foodservice and hospitality industry. * Assist in conducting on-site visits to assess needs and introduce Kitchen Guard's safety services. * Present and explain services to potential customers through virtual and in-person meetings. * Help prepare proposals and follow up with leads. * Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and customer needs. What We 're Looking For: * Strong interest in sales and relationship-building * A passion for customer service and helping businesses succeed * Clear and professional communication skills * Self-motivated and organized, with strong time management abilities * Willingness to work in varied environments Physical Requirements: * Comfortable working at heights, including rooftops * Ability to lift over 40 pounds * Must be able to safely climb ladders as part of site visits and inspections Preferred Qualifications: * Sales or customer service experience (especially B2B or in foodservice/hospitality) * Familiarity with safety services or compliance is a plus * Certifications or education in business, safety, or a related field are helpful but not required About Kitchen Guard Since 2009, Kitchen Guard has been a trusted provider of fire safety and kitchen exhaust cleaning services.
