The E-Commerce Sales Consultant is responsible for generating and nurturing leads through online channels, ultimately converting them into sales. This role combines digital marketing skills with a strong understanding of the automotive industry. Responsibilities * Lead Generation : Utilize various online platforms and tools to attract and generate qualified leads. * Lead Qualification : Screen incoming leads to determine their interest level and potential fit for the dealership's inventory. * Customer Communication : Engage with leads through email, phone, and online chat to provide information, answer questions, and build rapport. * Sales Process : Guide leads through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. * CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the dealership's CRM system. * Inventory Knowledge : Stay up-to-date on the dealership's inventory and be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of each vehicle. * Online Marketing : Assist with managing the dealership's online presence, including website updates and social media campaigns. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications * Demonstrates a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity * Education : High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience : Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent customer service skills. * Knowledge of the automotive industry and sales processes. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical Requirements * Paperwork Processing: Signing and filing necessary documents. * Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory tasks, such as moving vehicles or preparing them for delivery. * Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
