Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SaaS Account Manager specializing in Midmarket Ecommerce to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and expand client relationships within the ecommerce sector, leveraging your expertise in sales, business development, and account management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical sales experience, and a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with midmarket ecommerce clients through proactive account management. * Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through warm calling initiatives. * Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals effectively, ensuring mutual value for clients and the company. * Conduct business development activities to expand the client base within the ecommerce industry. * Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs. * Utilize HubSpot and other CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions. * Provide product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to prospective clients. * Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery. * Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract renewals with a focus on long-term partnerships. * Maintain a thorough understanding of our SaaS products, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or SaaS account management within the ecommerce sector. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Business development expertise with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities. * Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--and the ability to present complex solutions clearly. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships. * Technical sales experience with a good understanding of ecommerce platforms and related technologies. * Analytical skills to assess client needs, market data, and sales performance metrics. * Leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels. * Experience in marketing strategies related to digital channels is a plus. * A proactive approach with warm calling experience for engaging potential clients effectively.
