Duties & Responsibilities * Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Understand and promote the features, benefits, and advantages of ARK Distributing's products to prospective clients. * Accurately answer customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions based on their needs. * Effectively explain and demonstrate product usage and specifications to customers. * Participate in marketing campaigns and sales promotions to maximize brand exposure and sales opportunities. * Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals. * Handle customer complaints promptly and ensure resolution satisfaction, maintaining company reputation. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and overall company objectives. * Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your product knowledge and sales skills. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position our products. * Record sales and order information, and report the same to the sales department. * Assist in the development of sales presentations and proposals, tailoring them to meet specific client needs.
