One of our clients is seeking anInside Sales Representative - P &C Insurance *to join their established life and health insurance organization. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity where you will earn a base salary up to $60,000 per year, based on your experience, plus commission. You will work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Some of your responsibilities as Inside Sales Representative include: * Following up on new business leads * Processing the intake of client information in response to requests for quotes * Running insurance quotes through Ezlynx Rater and finalizing at carrier * Disbursing quotes to clients * Meeting with clients in office or over phone * Completing all new business underwriting follow up * Sell P&C policies to new customers via phone * Understand client needs and match them with appropriate coverage options * Maintain organized records * Asking for Google reviews and client referrals every time * Stay updated on market trends, regulations and licensing * Additional duties as assigned* To qualify, you will be expected to have: * Active P&C license * Experience quoting different insurance companies * Ability to manage multiple insurance companies * Excellent listening skills * Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) * Strong customer service skills * Ability to prioritize * Upbeat attitude * Strong follow-through * Ability to overcome objectives and build relationships* If you would like to learn more, then please submit your resume for immediate and confidential consideration.
