One of our clients is seeking anInside Sales Representative - P &C Insurance

• to join their established life and health insurance organization. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity where you will earn a base salary up to $60,000 per year, based on your experience, plus commission. You will work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Some of your responsibilities as Inside Sales Representative include:
• Following up on new business leads
• Processing the intake of client information in response to requests for quotes
• Running insurance quotes through Ezlynx Rater and finalizing at carrier
• Disbursing quotes to clients
• Meeting with clients in office or over phone
• Completing all new business underwriting follow up
• Sell P&C policies to new customers via phone
• Understand client needs and match them with appropriate coverage options
• Maintain organized records
• Asking for Google reviews and client referrals every time
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations and licensing
• Additional duties as assigned
• To qualify, you will be expected to have:
• Active P&C license
• Experience quoting different insurance companies
• Ability to manage multiple insurance companies
• Excellent listening skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Upbeat attitude
• Strong follow-through
• Ability to overcome objectives and build relationships
