We develop customized uniform programs for organizations across the nation by leveraging a vast trusted supplier network, coupled with our in-house embroidery and tailoring services. Job Summary Ace Uniforms is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to law enforcement, medical, and hospitality professionals. You will assist customers with product selection, perform custom fittings, handle special orders, and ensure a smooth checkout process. You will also participate in product training to learn the newest trends and products. Job Description * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information, recommendations, and assistance with purchases. * Perform custom fittings with customers to determine the perfect fit. * Take precise measurements and identify necessary adjustments. * Create detailed Sales orders in our POS system. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient workflow and safety. * Merchandise products to create a welcoming environment for customers to shop in. * Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products and services that meet their preferences. * Ensure all merchandise is accurately stocked and labeled according to company guidelines. * Collaborate with team members and sales managers to develop strategies to reach sales targets. * Meet and exceed sales and performance targets. * Generate weekly sales leads and reviews through friendly and engaging communication. * Attend vendor training to learn new merchandise, sales strategies, and product knowledge. * Other duties and tasks as assigned by leadership. Job Requirements * Availability to work between the hours of 9AM and 6PM Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays from 9AM to 3PM. * Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain a high level of attention to detail. * Employ active listening skills to understand and meet customer needs. * Utilize Point of Sales (POS) systems proficiently for processing transactions. * Communicate fluently in English, both written and verbal. * Meet physical requirements: standing for 90% of the job, sitting for 5%, kneeling down for 25%, and lifting up to 25 lbs. * Hold a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Preferred Qualifications * 2+ years in sales, customer service and/or retail. * Fluent in English and Spanish. * Experience working with Law Enforcement, Medical, or Hospitality professionals. * Experience working in retail industry.
