(No Cold calling) * Interact directly with new leads and convert them into new Lawn Doctor Customers * Interact with cancelling customers to help address their concerns and keep them as Lawn Doctor Customers * Interact with existing customers, addressing concerns and adding new or additional beneficial services to their program * Maintaining a focus on integrity and a quality experience for new or existing customers * Retaining customers through proactive post sale care, concern and follow-up * Developing their knowledge of Lawn Doctor and agronomic services in order to accurately answer questions from customers or prospects.
