What You'll Do

• Lead daily sales operations: manage deals in progress, oversee lead flow, and maintain strong gross and volume performance
• Set and track goals (appointments, show rates, closing %, gross, product penetration)
• Drive digital retail excellence: CRM follow-up, phone scripts, texting/email cadence, and lead response times
• Work closely with Finance/Service to ensure smooth deliveries and high CSI
• Maintain a high-energy, ethical, customer-first culture
• Review inventory/pricing strategy with ownership/GM to keep vehicles market-competitive What We're Looking For
• 3+ years in automotive sales, 1+ year in a leadership role (Sales Manager/Desk Manager/Team Lead) preferred
• Strong closing and negotiation skills with a customer-friendly approach
• Proven ability to coach performance and hold a team accountable
• Comfort with CRM workflows, digital leads, and process management
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High integrity--no "old-school" games
