Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth across diverse markets. What You'll Do * Lead daily sales operations: manage deals in progress, oversee lead flow, and maintain strong gross and volume performance * Set and track goals (appointments, show rates, closing %, gross, product penetration) * Drive digital retail excellence: CRM follow-up, phone scripts, texting/email cadence, and lead response times * Work closely with Finance/Service to ensure smooth deliveries and high CSI * Maintain a high-energy, ethical, customer-first culture * Review inventory/pricing strategy with ownership/GM to keep vehicles market-competitive What We're Looking For * 3+ years in automotive sales, 1+ year in a leadership role (Sales Manager/Desk Manager/Team Lead) preferred * Strong closing and negotiation skills with a customer-friendly approach * Proven ability to coach performance and hold a team accountable * Comfort with CRM workflows, digital leads, and process management * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * High integrity--no "old-school" games * Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
