Growing landscape company seeks Account Manager for newly created client service position! The Role: Maintain relationships with high-end residential clients as their primary point of contact in the North shore area. Respond to service requests, conduct property walks, coordinate work with our maintenance team, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. This is about client retention and service excellence, not cold calling or prospecting. Day-to-Day: * Be the go-to person for assigned client portfolios * Respond to 5-10 service requests weekly (peak season) * Meet with property owners and walk their properties * Develop estimates for requested services and present proposals * Coordinate projects with the maintenance team * Maintain regular client contact to ensure satisfaction * Identify opportunities where additional services could help clients They Offer: * Competitive salary * Mileage reimbursement * Cell phone & laptop * Benefits including health insurance & 401(k) * Established, quality client base New position created to support the company's growth and ensure their clients receive the attention they deserve.
