Responsibilities

:

• Comfortable initiating outbound calls and maintaining consistent, timely follow-up with prospects who have expressed interest
• Generate self-sourced leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach
• Meet with buyers to present home models, pricing, and financing options
• Guide customers through the full journey -- from first visit to deposit to delivery
• Become an expert in the benefits of manufactured and tiny homeownership
• Track all leads and manage follow-up using our CRM
• Follow TDHCA compliance and brand advertising guidelines
• Complete the TDHCA 8-Hour Core Licensing Course (online)

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)
• Based in or near Austin, TX (required)
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience , preferably in manufactured housing or tiny homes
• Motivated, dependable, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong communication and people skills -- you enjoy talking to people and solving problems
• U.S. work authorization required
