Role: Inside Sales Support Summary: The Inside Sales Rep will support our Outside Sales staff with managing existing business and assisting in their efforts in developing new business. This role is critical in supporting our internal sales process and working cross functionally to ensure the highest level of service for our customers. Key Responsibilities: * Provide excellent customer service while fulfilling the overall needs of our customers, sales staff, and company * Handle Internal Sales Process Management; Includes, but not limited to: * Filling out Club Summary Data * Building and maintaining sales forecast * Managing sales quote/orders * Requesting art proofs * Building sites for our EZ-Kit Customers * Updating and keeping accurate CRM/ERP customer files and information * Support the sales staff with various daily needs to provide the highest level of customer service to our customers - this includes prompt completion of requests and tasks * Work as a liaison between the sales and operations staff to ensure orders are scheduled according to customer needs Education and Qualifications * Team Player with strong work ethic, and positive attitude * Effective communication & organizational skills * Solid knowledge of MS Office (in particular, Excel); ERP experience a plus * Data management and reporting understanding * Ability to prioritize, organize and manage time - attention to detail is a must! * Workflow management and ability to adjust to shifting timelines * BS/BA Degree or equivalent work experience Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
