As a Client Advisor , you'll be the face of our dealership, guiding customers through every step of their journey with energy, integrity, and expertise. What You'll Do: * Engage customers with enthusiasm--online, on the lot, and in the showroom. * Understand customer needs and match them with the perfect vehicle from our diverse inventory. * Educate clients on financing, warranties, trade-ins, and service options--making the process seamless and stress-free. * Follow up with leads and past customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business. * Collaborate with our finance, service, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth, all-in-one experience. What We're Looking For: * A people person with a positive attitude and strong communication skills. * Sales or customer service experience (automotive is a plus, but not required--we'll train the right person!). * A self-starter who thrives in a goal-driven environment. * Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, mobile apps, and digital communication. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
