Overview We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail experience, and a passion for helping customers find what they need. Bilingual abilities and previous experience with POS systems or supervising are a plus. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store * Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties * Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits * Upsell products and promote store promotions to increase sales * Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize stock on shelves * Restock merchandise and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and conducting stock counts * Support supervisory staff with training new team members when needed * Follow proper phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries Qualifications * Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or similar environments * Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math skills * Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers * Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base * Experience with merchandising, product demos, upselling, and stock management is a plus * Supervising experience is beneficial but not required * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette * Basic math skills necessary for transactions and inventory counts Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service while developing valuable retail skills in a supportive environment.
