Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers to provide tailored heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions, emphasizing excellent customer service and technical expertise. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, business development, and account management, leveraging their knowledge of B2B sales, territory management, and CRM software to grow our customer base. As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence through effective lead generation, product demonstrations, and upselling strategies. Responsibilities * Conduct outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts * Manage territory effectively by developing strategic plans for lead generation and customer engagement * Present product demos and technical solutions tailored to customer needs * Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and ongoing account management * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress * Negotiate contracts and close sales efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction * Develop marketing strategies to promote HVAC services and solutions within assigned territories * Collaborate with management on sales strategies, territory expansion, and market analysis * Engage in cold calling and direct sales efforts to generate new leads and increase revenue streams * Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of HVAC products, industry trends, and competitors Experience * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales within the HVAC or related industries * Strong background in management, business development, or account management roles * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and customer relationship management * Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, and negotiation skills * Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct product demos and presentations effectively * Experience in cold calling, inside sales, retail sales, or direct sales is highly desirable * Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans for growth * Prior experience with upselling techniques and customer service excellence is preferred This position offers a rewarding career path for motivated professionals eager to make a significant impact in the HVAC industry through innovative sales strategies and exceptional client engagement.
