: We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Real Estate Broker to open and manage their own local office under the VRI Homes brand. This is an ideal opportunity for a licensed broker who is ready to lead a team, grow market share, and leverage the VRI Homes systems, tools, and support to build a thriving brokerage business.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Open and manage a VRI Homes office in your local market
• Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents
• Implement VRI Homes marketing systems to attract buyers, sellers, and agents
• Oversee all transactions to ensure compliance and service excellence
• Develop strong local business relationships and community presence
• Drive local growth through strategic planning and networking
• Maintain broker license and ensure compliance with local/state regulations

Qualifications

:

• Active real estate broker license in the state of operation
• Proven sales and recruiting track record
