Our client, a Japanese manufacturer is URGENTLY looking for an Account Manager. Location ESchaumburg, IL Position Account Manager Compensation $70-75K + Bonus Hiring Style Full-time/Onsite Responsibilities: * Sales Strategy: Identify opportunities, develop plans, meet targets, and track sales performance. * Customer Management: Build strong relationships, provide solutions, secure design wins, and handle presentations and visits. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and distributors to meet customer needs. * Market Insight: Report trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to management. * Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare forecasts, reports, and quotes; maintain accurate records. * Global Coordination: Work with global teams to expand international business and share account updates. * Product Promotion: Deliver presentations, support new product launches, and enhance technical knowledge. Qualifications: * Interest or experience in sales, international business, and project management. * Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. * Basic understanding or interest in electronic engineering and OEM products. * Bachelor's degree preferred; 2-3 years of sales experience. * Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for customer visits.
