Overview Supreme Power Wash is seeking driven, results-oriented sales professionals who can confidently engage homeowners, build trust quickly, and close deals. This is a high-energy, performance-based role with uncapped earning potential and the option to earn more by performing the work you sell. If you're competitive, coachable, and motivated by results--not hourly guarantees--this is a strong opportunity to grow with a fast-moving home services company. Responsibilities * Generate new business through door knocking, referrals, and inbound leads * Speak directly with homeowners and close jobs on the spot * Use proven scripts and guided support to exceed daily sales goals * Conduct site visits and provide accurate estimates * Build rapport and long-term client relationships * Learn pricing, services, and procedures for: * Window cleaning * Pressure washing * Gutter cleaning * Solar panel cleaning * Option to perform the labor on jobs you sell for higher pay * This role is outdoors, on your feet, and sales-focused. Compensation (Uncapped) * 20% commission when you sell the job * 30% commission when you sell the job and perform the labor * Paid weekly * Additional incentives and upsell bonuses available * Your income is directly tied to your performance.
