About Us We are a growing vertically integrated cannabis company operating only in Oregon, consisting of 9 retail dispensary locations in the Portland Metro Area called "Broadway Cannabis Market" and "Mint Cannabis Co." and two state- leading manufacturing brands, selling a full line of cannabis products to 280+ retailers; called "Fire Dept. Cannabis" and "Feel Goods". We employ 120+ full- time employees across the organization. The Role We are looking to fill the position of Wholesale Sales Manager to aggressively drive revenue for our manufacturing brands, Fire Dept. Cannabis and Feel Goods. This is a dynamic leadership role focused strictly on the B2B wholesale side of our organization. While this role will oversee the sales team, we are looking for someone who is not just an Administrator but is also a Contributor. You will be expected to assist with the technical parts of the role when it comes to doing actual data analysis, using various software platforms (CRM, Inventory), and actively managing sales trends, rather than just delegating those tasks. We have a scrappy start-up culture and Leaders at all levels of the organization must feel comfortable "rolling their sleeves up." Key Responsibilities * StrategyPlanning: Create and execute strategic plans for the Wholesale Sales team to help us achieve our sales goals; track and achieve KPIs; forecast upcoming sales numbers based on market trends and production schedules. * Team Leadership: Onboard and train new Sales Reps and Brand Ambassadors (delivery drivers) to Fire Dept.Feel Goods standards. Provide ongoing coaching to maintain high standards and hold Sales Reps accountable for meeting quotas. * Data Analysis: Analyze business tactics, performance data, pricing strategies, market research data, and competitor products to identify opportunities for growth. * Operations: Oversee and provide leadership to the Brand Ambassadors (delivery drivers) team to ensure efficient distribution. * Trend Monitoring: Actively monitor the wholesale landscape in Oregon to predict shifts in strain popularity and product formats, providing feedback to leadership. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Experience: B2B Sales Management experience required (Cannabis industry experience is highly preferred). * Education: Formal education in sales or business is preferred. * Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and Excel. Must be comfortable navigating CRM and inventory software. * Attributes: Solid project management and organizational skills with a heightened attention to detail. * Requirements: Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a current OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit.
