Company Description Garage Headquarters is a leading provider of residential and commercial garage door solutions, known for our commitment to quality workmanship, exceptional service, and long-lasting customer relationships. As we continue to grow, we're expanding our sales team to help drive new business and support our expanding customer base. * Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative to generate new business opportunities and meet sales goals by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, and cold calling to contractors, developers, and architects. In addition, support our existing customer base and prospects. This position requires someone who has proven skills in finding new business. This position will cover both Massachusetts and Rhode Island territory. Responsibilities will include: Drive and manage the entire sales process * - targeting top prospects, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing. * Act as a "solutions expert" in a consultative fashion to help our customers solve their unique requirements and challenges. * Develop and implement a clear and effective plan for growing customer base and maintaining customer relationships. * Maintain a strong relationship with existing leads and customers through face-to-face meetings and professional networking. * Gain a strong understanding of our company's products and the ability to articulate our added value, experience, and unmatched service to our customers. * Utilize our CRM system to provide visibility to management and effectively communicate activity with accounts. * Qualifications* * 5+ years of sales experience - sales in the construction field preferred. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * A high comfort level presenting to customers, fellow employees, and manufacturers. * Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and strong organization skills. * Ability to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction. * Openness and willingness to change with the needs of the business * Present our company and products in a positive and professional manner at all times. * Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Outlook, Excel, and Word. * Current driver's license and able to use own vehicle for travel.
