About Apex Media Solutions Apex Media Solutions provides digital marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, social media, website development, and voice search optimization for small businesses. We are seeking experienced sales professionals who can manage active accounts while consistently closing retention and upgrade opportunities. The Role : Revenue Retention & Account Sales You will work directly with current customers to retain services, close upgrades, and resolve issues that impact account continuation. Primary Responsibilities (Sales-Focused): * Overcome objections and close retention agreements * Upsell and cross-sell additional marketing services * Negotiate solutions that keep accounts active and profitable Account Responsibilities: * Handle inbound calls from existing clients * Resolve billing and basic service concerns * Maintain professional, ongoing client relationships * Follow up to ensure continued account activity This is not a customer service-only role. Strong sales performance is required. Who We're Looking For This role is intended for experienced phone sales professionals. * Prior inside sales, retention, collections, or account sales experience required * Proven ability to close and handle objections * Confident, persuasive communicator * Comfortable managing difficult client conversations * Performance-driven and accountable for results * Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain required schedule If you are not comfortable closing deals or being measured on sales performance, this position will not be a good fit.
