About Grip-Tite Grip-Tite Manufacturing is a leading U.S. manufacturer of foundation repair products and one of the fastest-growing utility brands in the industry. We're expanding our national foundation dealer network and continue to grow as a trusted source for the electrical utility segment. To support this momentum, we're looking for a sharp, organized, relationship-driven professional to join our on-site team in Johnston, Iowa. What You 'll Do * Support growth initiatives for both foundation and utility business segments * Provide daily administrative and operational support * Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate, timely information * Create, document, and improve processes that drive consistent customer communication and follow-up * Coordinate and execute dealer trainings, networking events, and customer-focused events * Answer inbound calls, assist customers, and process orders quickly and accurately * Deliver exceptional customer service that strengthens dealer and distributor relationships * Help manage internal projects and cross-department initiatives * Support with marketing needs, campaigns, trade shows and ongoing projects You 're a Great Fit If You * Are highly detail-oriented, organized, and dependable * Bring an upbeat, positive, team-first attitude every day * Possess strong scheduling, coordination, and follow-through skills * Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Have experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM platform (preferred, not required) * Have experience in foundation repair, construction, or the utility market (helpful but not required) * Live in--or are willing to relocate to--the Des Moines/Johnston, Iowa area Why Grip-Tite? * Direct impact on national company growth * Competitive pay * Full benefits package * Fun, supportive culture with opportunities to grow into larger roles Pre-Employment Testing: External hiring into this position is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment, post-offer drug screen, background and reference check.
