Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Represent products and services directly to business customers, supporting sales operations and building strong customer relationships * Educate clients on the value of services and their available sales solutions * Process sales orders accurately to ensure smooth deliveries and proper follow-up within the Sales Associate team * Assess business needs and recommend tailored AT&T services that properly address their challenges and goals * Attend regular Sales Associate meetings to contribute ideas that strengthen sales strategies and customer service efforts * Stay updated on offerings, promotions, and efficient and affordable benefits * Provide outstanding customer service from first outreach through every delivery to ensure a positive sales experience Qualifications of the Sales Associate: * Proven ability to interact with customers and represent products and services. * Comfortable working with local businesses and supporting sales in a team environment with other Sales Associates and client management. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to combine observation with knowledge of the industry to create sales opportunities. * Open to feedback and coaching to strengthen Sales Associate skills * Skilled in problem-solving with a customer-first mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week Work Location: In person
