Tileco Ventura is seeking a full-time Design & Sales Consultant to join our team. We're looking for a motivated, positive, and detail-oriented individual with customer service and design experience who enjoys working with people and creating beautiful spaces.Job Responsibilities. Assist customers with tile and design selections. Provide excellent customer service from initial consultation through sale. Offer design guidance and product knowledge. Maintain showroom organization and visual appeal. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience. QualificationsCustomer service experience required. Design experience preferred. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
