Reports to: Operations Manager What You 'll Do * Keep track of inventory and reorder parts * Receive deliveries and restock shelves * Help customers in person and on the phone * Ship parts to customers * Cover the Service Desk when needed * Update and install parts displays in the office and on the lot * Source and manage parts suppliers * Sell parts to customers, our sales team and service team * Perform parts inventory counts * Adjust inventory levels based on sales demand * Help train team on parts and accessories * Use our DMS and CRM software What You Need * Ability to work Saturdays * Valid driver's license * Able to lift 40 lbs * Stay organized and keep a clean workspace * Comfortable talking with customers in person and on the phone throughout the day * Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, data entry) * Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) * Speak clearly and write legibly in English * Willingness to learn new skills and share what you know with others * Parts sales experience including parts inventory and sales software * Service writing experience Preferred Skills - not required * Experience working with parts or in a dealership * Forklift experience * Knowledge of trailers, truck beds, or accessories * Fluent in Spanish * 12V or 120V wiring * Welding experience * Auto, Ag, Powersports or RV Mechanic Experience What It Takes To Succeed at NC Trailers * Stay Active - Don't wait.
