Join the RED RHINO Team! Position: Territory Director Big ideas, bigger impact! The position leads the culture, operations, and performance of their RED RHINO market. This role drives growth, develops talent, ensures operational excellence, and fosters a values-driven, people- first environment. With full responsibility for service quality and financial results, this position unifies the team under a clear vision to ensure the territory thrives. Pay and Perks: * Compensation: $110k-$160k * Eligible for 20% bonus potential * Full standard benefits for full-time employees. * Unlimited PTO Policy. * Relocation assistance available for qualifying applicants. * Robust vehicle stipend and gas allowance. About the Role: * Set and execute territory strategies aligned with company goals, using data-driven insights to drive growth and operational excellence. * Manage daily Leak and Repair operations, budgets, P&L, and KPIs to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability. * Build strong relationships with partners and customers, championing exceptional service and market presence. * Lead, coach, and mentor high-performing Leak and Repair teams, fostering a culture of accountability, recognition, and growth aligned with RED RHINO values. What We're Looking For: * Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Proven leadership experience with 4-7 years in management or progressive leadership roles, ideally in service, construction, or field operations. * Skilled in sales support, partnership building, and business planning, with familiarity in CRM tools and partner value propositions. * Strong communicator with a service mindset, adept at resolving customer concerns and fostering long-term relationships. * Financially and operationally savvy, managing budgets, optimizing resources, and driving initiatives to improve efficiency and customer experience. * Strategic problem-solver with sound judgment, capable of implementing quality programs and continuous improvement initiatives. * Experienced in talent development, mentoring, and building high-trust, high-performing teams. * Servant-leader who champions culture, inclusion, and employee engagement across the organization. _ Drug screening and criminal background checks will be performed on all new hires.
